All our units are non-smoking units.
A deposit of $300.00 is needed to hold a reservation. Any reservation longer than 2 weeks requires a $500.00 deposit. Payment in full is due 30 days prior to arrival unless other arrangements are made.
Our pet friendly condos require a $150.00 nonrefundable pet deposit.
Cancellation policy: If a cancellation is made outside of the 30 day arrival date, everything but $100.00 is refunded. If a cancellation is made within the 30 day arrival date, no refund is given unless we can re-rent the unit. If the unit is re-rented, everything but $100.00 is refunded.
